She has a passion for helping event professionals succeed in a fast-paced digital landscape, using both industry knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Amy is based in Central Illinois, with her husband, spunky 9-year-old daughter, and rescue mutt. When not championing customers’ success, she enjoys playing volleyball, jogging and hiking, and paddleboarding with her daughter.

Graeme Bice Moderator

Marcus Performing Arts Conference

Graeme Bice is Vice President of Venue Operations at the Marcus Performing Arts Center with more than 20 years of experience in venue management and live event operations. He oversees production, events, guest services, engineering, housekeeping, parking, food and beverage, private rentals, capital projects, and vendor partnerships. Prior to joining Marcus Performing Arts Center, Graeme held leadership roles with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, the AT&T Performing Arts Center, the University of North Texas, and the City of Dallas. He is a longtime member of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) and serves as a volunteer on committees and within the organization's mentorship program.

A proactive Senior CSM with Momentus based in Minneapolis, MN, Jillian's customers range from convention centers to higher education to stadiums and more. She loves connecting with people, solving problems, and creating order out of chaos. Away from the office you can find her near or on the water whenever possible.

I have worked my entire life in events but have had my role in professional Venue Management & System Administration for just under 3 years.
