This is an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Charlotte Convention Center, offered at no additional cost to Illuminate attendees. There is no capacity limit, but pre-registration helps our partners plan for a great tour experience. Registration must be completed before August 31.

About the Tour. Convention Center staff will lead an exclusive walkthrough of the facility, highlighting its event spaces, services, and operational capabilities. Attendees will get an inside look at what makes the Charlotte Convention Center a world-class host venue and how its team manages events.

Day-Of Information. The tour will begin at the registration desk outside the Richardson Ballroom and conclude at the NASCAR Hall of Fame for the Illuminate welcome reception.
