Kopy Goldfield (“The Company”) is a NASDAQ First North listed company with an approximate market capitalisation of USD 215m, specialising in the exploration and production of gold in Russia. Through two production complexes (Perevalnoye and Yubilyniy) the Company produces approximately 60koz of production (inclusive of placer production) at an all-in-sustainable cash cost of USD 1,100-1200/oz. In addition, to this production, the Company has a number of exploration assets, of which Krasny and Maly Patom are currently the focus.

Krasny is situated in the Patom Highland, 75km from the city of Bodaibo and has mine license expiring in 2035, of which the Company owns 49% of the asset via a JV partnership with GV Gold. The current JORC compliant reserves and resources include: 257koz (probable); 291koz (indicated) and 1.2Moz (inferred) that supports a scoping study indicating an average annual production level of 40-50koz of gold, generating an IRR 26% and NPV6% USD 104m, subsequent to a USD 107m initial capital cost. Maly Patom is 100% owned by the Company and is located to the north of Bodaibo with a license area of 1,852sq km across the Lena Goldfields Partnership in. The license provides the right for bedrock gold prospecting and exploration for seven years.
