Pilbara Minerals (“PLS” or “the Company”) is an ASX listed lithium and tantalum mining company with production from the Company’s flagship Pilgangoora Lithium-Tantalum mine in the Pilbara of Western Australia. PLS has a market capitalisation of c. AUD 2.9bn. In the first half of FY2021 the Pilgangoora Lithium-Tantalum mine produced 126kt of spodumene concentrate and 61kt of tantalite concentrate. As at 30 June 2020, the Pilgangoora asset had JORC Ore Reserves of 104.6Mt @ 1.26% Li2O and a Mineral Resource of 222.5Mt @ 1.26%.
