Mineral Commodities Ltd (“MRC” or “the Company”) is an ASX listed company focused on the development and operations of high-grade deposits in mineral sands and graphite. MRC has a market capitalization of c. AUD 180m. The Company’s assets include the operational Tormin mineral sands mine in South Africa, the Munglinup graphite project in Western Australia, and the Skaland graphite mine in Norway. MRC acquired the Skaland mine in 2019, which is one of the highest-grade operational graphite mines globally. The global sentiment surrounding decarbonization, the rise of electric vehicles and ESG standards positions MRC to capitalize on these strong market tailwinds.
