The Group consists of Genovis AB, Sweden, and the wholly owned subsidiary Genovis Inc., USA. Genovis recently accquired QED Bioscience in San Diego USA, a developer of antibodies for life science research market, to further expand its offering within the enzymatic antibody labelling markets.
