Sparebanken Vest is the third largest savings bank in Norway and the second oldest bank, having been founded in 1823. It is headquartered in Bergen and focuses on retail and corporate customers in Western-Norway. The bank services both the retail and corporate market through its core banking operation, as well as providing insurance, real-estate brokerage and capital markets services through its subsidiaries.
