In Simplifai, we develop automation solutions using Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Process Automation to help our clients grow and cut costs.

Our history began with our founders, Bård and Erik, who found it difficult for their clients to get good IT solutions that automated work functions and processes. The industrial revolution has shown that breaking tasks into smaller units makes it possible to put together an assembly line and to use robots for production.

Chaos with codes
However, in IT we experience that there is still chaos with codes. Bård and Erik believed that it had to be possible to create a better system for automating functions, not just individual processes.

The vision was (and still is) that a better system for automation would give all business managers one tool to extract the value of their companies’ existing systems. They aimed to change people’s jobs, to make them more rewarding and motivating without lots of repetitive tasks. And not least, they wanted even the smallest businesses to experience the benefits of automation.

New opportunities with AI
The growth of Artificial Intelligence accelerated these thoughts. Machine learning made it possible for the projects to get smaller, the solutions smarter, and the automation more efficient. Bård and Erik wanted to bring AI to the people, and they wanted to do it simply.

Simplifai was founded in 2017 and has grown considerably since then. Today we work globally and have offices in Norway, India, and Ukraine. We have built a global, diverse organization that is well prepared for further growth.
