Lars Hajslund is an international keynote speaker and AI educator with deep executive experience from the venue, meetings, and conference industry. He combines hands-on operational leadership with a pragmatic approach to AI—focused on measurable impact, not hype.

Lars has held senior leadership roles in complex venue environments, including as COO at MCH A/S, where he led large-scale operations across venues and event delivery, and contributed to the operational opening of Jyske Bank Boxen. He has also served as *EO of OrgaNicer, driving commercial growth and strengthening partnerships across destinations and meeting industry stakeholders. He is also founder of Planner Days – a annual event for the best Danish meeting planners. In the meeting industry he is known for Meetovation 3.0 implementation in Denmark and the GRoE (Growing Return on Events) toolbox.

Today, through CLICK Institute and Be Better Academy, Lars helps executives and project leaders apply AI as operational leverage—improving sales processes, forecasting, capacity planning, knowledge flow, and decision quality.
