Beate brings more than 25 years of experience across the DACH region events industry, software consulting, and enterprise customer success. A certified industry expert, she blends deep domain knowledge with a strong grasp of the operational and strategic priorities of Momentus’ Enterprise clients.
Beate began her career in the world of international tradeshows and conventions, where she gained frontline experience in the complexities of large-scale event operations. Two of her earliest milestones was contributing to the 1992 Winter Olympic Games and Messe Frankfurt Ambiente —two experiences that sparked a lifelong passion for major international events and the communities that bring them to life.
Today, Beate is recognized for her energy, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to enabling customer adoption, empowerment, and long-term success. She works closely with executive and operational teams to align technology, processes, and people, ensuring organizations fully realize the value of their Momentus solutions.
A dedicated advocate of #MomentusMoments, Beate finds inspiration wherever events connect people. Outside work she enjoys forest bathing beneath a group of towering sequoia trees in her local forest. Her passion for meaningful experiences is at the core of her customer philosophy and her approach to partnership.

Sascha is an experienced event and customer success professional with over 18 years of event experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Event Organization and has worked in agencies and as a freelance project manager, leading end-to-end event planning and execution for international clients.
His background includes managing Executive Briefings at Salesforce, where he collaborated closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact, customer-centric content. At momentus he works as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on long-term client relationships, strategic alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

In addition to his event expertise he complements his practical experience with an MBA in Digital Transformation, enabling him to bridge the gap between events, customer engagement, and digital strategy. He thrives at the intersection of experience design, technology, and business growth.
