I have been with Momentus for nearly 10 years, starting as a Pre-Sales Consultant and progressing to my current role as a Customer Success Manager. Over the years, I have developed a deep knowledge of our software, witnessing its growth and evolution through multiple versions. I enjoy working with clients across various segments and countries. What I find most rewarding is collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges and working together to find innovative solutions that truly address their needs. As an event professional with over 20 years of experience, I have worked with major venues (convention centers, exhibition centers, arenas) as well as with organizers, institutions, and cultural actors.

My expertise lies at the intersection of the field, projects, and tools, with a strong focus on operational delivery, adoption, and transformation: process structuring, complex project management, team and client support, and user and event experience improvement.

I work on topics such as:
– organisation and optimisation of business practices
– deployment and adoption of tools adapted to the realities of the event industry
– change management, training, and adoption
