Idag måste personer med hörselnedsättning / dövhet få hjälp av en tredje person att ringa och ta emot telefonsamtal.Hur säkerställer vi den grundläggande rättigheten att kunna kommunicera direkt och samtidigt spara pengar? Det är viktigt för alla att bli nådd och kunna kontakta andra självständigt.TERA är en multimodal app med inbyggt AI som gör det möjligt att prata med vänner, myndigheter och andra direkt och obehindrat - precis som alla andra. TERA är upphandlat i de flesta regionerna, ändå sprids inte tekniken tillräckligt snabbt - detta trots att det finns stora samhällsvinster att hämta.
