Industriepark Höchst in Frankfurt, Germany, is home to around 90 chemical and pharmaceutical companies that conduct research, development and production at the park. It is already one of Europe's largest, most successful industrial estates and continues to attract new companies and millions of euros in investment from tenants every year. Total investment since 2000 amounts to roughly EUR 8.5 billion.
