Babylon is a UK based digital healthcare company with a scalable, digital-first platform combined with high-quality, virtual clinical operations to provide integrated, personalised healthcare. Founded in 2013, Babylon is supporting a global patient network across 15 countries, with 15 languages available. And through a combination of its value-based care model, Babylon 360, and its work in primary care through NHS GP at Hand, Babylon has over 440k global managed care members in Q1 2022.

Recent highlights
In Q2, Babylon saw a revenue of $265.4 M with year-over-year grew 4.6x and record margins. U.S. value-based care members also grew by 220% year-over-year.
In January, Babylon announced the acquisition of Higi, a consumer health engagement company, to extend the range of its services across the US. Shortly after, Babylon announced the acquisition of DayToDay with its digital-first, highly engaging programs and clinical services prior to and following scheduled surgeries, major health events like childbirth, and following diagnosis of chronic conditions. In May, Babylon announced its participation in the Physicians Plus ACO, LLC Direct Contracting Entity to provide care for 19,000 more Medicare beneficiaries. In July, Babylon announced cost reduction actions to accelerate the path to profitability.

Outlook
The company has a revenue guidance of 1.0 billion or greater by the end of 2022, representing a more than 3x increase over 2021 revenue driven predominantly by organic growth and fuelled by expansion in the US with existing and new clients. Babylon continues to evaluate timing to reach profitability on both a cash and Adjusted EBITDA basis, targeting as no later than 2025, with management incentive plans aligned to this goal.
