ADDvise Group is a leading supplier of equipment to healthcare and research facilities globally. The Group consists of two business areas, Lab and Healthcare. The Lab unit creates modern research environments by providing laboratory furnishings, safety ventilation, climate rooms, clean rooms, and laboratory apparatus. The Healthcare unit manufactures and sells proprietary products, as well as distributes medical equipment and consumables from well-known brands.

Recent highlights
In Q2 2022, net revenue amounted to SEK 231.9M (+97.1%), with 3.1% organic growth. Orders received was SEK 260.9M (+112.5%), with 22.3% organic growth.
In January, ADDvise received an order from Design Infinity LCC (UAE) worth 11.1M USD. In February and March, ADDvise completed the acquisition of Poly Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (USA) and JTECH Medical (USA), respectively. Also in March, ADDvise’s subsidiary received an allocation decision from Region Stockholm-Gotland worth SEK 44M. In the same month, ADDvise carried out an oversubscribed directed share issue of approximately SEK 100M. In April and June, ADDvise completed the acquisition of Surplus Diabetics, Inc. (USA) and Seebreath AB, respectively. In June, ADDvise received order from Cadwell Industries worth USD 1.7M. In July, ADDvise’s subsidiary received an allocation decision from Helsinki University Hospital in Finland worth EUR 2.4M.

Outlook
ADDvise Group’s financial targets for 2022 are: (1) EBITDA pro forma rolling 12 months target SEK 200 million, and (2) Net sales pro forma rolling 12 months target SEK 1 billion.
