SyntheticMR is a medical technology company offering software solutions for magnetic resonance imaging. Its SyMRI technology offers clinicians objective decision support which can lead to a faster and more reliable diagnosis of their patients. The company was established in 2007 by Marcel Warntjes based on innovations developed at Centre for Medical Image Science and Visualisation (CMIV) in Linköping, Sweden, where it is also headquartered. SyMRI is available in several product packages including SyMRI IMAGE, SyMRI NEURO and MAGiC. SyntheticMR aspires to create a paradigm shift within the field of MRI and to be the leader in the development of quantitative MRI.

Recent highlights
Synthetic MR entered a partnership with Hyland Healthcare that enables the use of the partners Enterprise Imaging Capture and Connectivity Suite by integrating Modlink with SyMRI. Moreover, have Synthetic MR decided to carry out a directed new share issue of SEK 60m and also announced a newly established subsidiary in India that will be led by the former regional manager, Deepak Sharma.

Outlook
We forecast net sales to increase by 18% y/y in Q2, averaging 40% y/y in H2. For full-year 2022, we expect net sales growth of 18% and opex to have an 26% increase y/y. The enlarged opex is due to stepped-up sales and marketing activities with customers. We also estimate EBITDA of SEK 1.1m and the corresponding margin to be 7.6% in Q2.
