Integrated Wind Solutions (IWS) was established in 2020 as part of the Awilco group (under Awilhelmsen). In March 2021, the company raised NOK ~700m and was listed on the Euronext Growth Exchange in Oslo. The company has ordered two offshore wind service vessels from CMIH, with delivery in the first half of 2023. In addition, the company has an option for four additional sister vessels. One of its vessels has secured its maiden contract for commissioning support at Dogger Bank commencing in Q2'23 with a firm duration of ~1.5 years in total.

The company targets to be more than a pure asset owner and is also building a portfolio of asset-light service companies having already acquired three companies since listing comprising ProCon Group (75%), Green Ducklings (100%) and PEAK Wind AS (30%).
