Eolus is a Swedish wind developer that was founded in 1990 as the first commercial wind power developer in the country. The business concept has since changed to create value at every stage of project development, establishment and operation of renewables projects in solar, energy storage, onshore and offshore wind. Eolus has been listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Small Cap exchange since 2015.

Eolus currently has a development portfolio of 9,000 MW and a management portfolio of >900 MW. The developer is about to finish Øyfjellet wind farm in Vefsen, which will be the largest in Norway to date with 400 MW of installed capacity. The strategy is focused on onshore and offshore wind development in Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Baltics, the US and Poland, and solar and energy storage development in the US, in addition to management of all developed facilities. Eolus recently delivered Wind Wall wind farm to Cubico, which was a 47 MW repowering project, and acquired 359 MW of fully permitted projects in Sweden.
