Statkraft is the largest producer of hydropower in Europe, and ranks in the top ten worldwide, with a total production of 63 TWh from 347 hydropower plants. Further, Statkraft is the largest owner and operator of onshore wind power assets in the Nordics and have a strong track record with developing, constructing and operating wind power plants, in Norway, Brazil, Chile, India, the UK and Ireland.
Statkraft also produces solar power, gas fired power and supplies district heating, and is a global company in energy market operations.
