Kongsberg Digital is a provider of next generation software and digital solutions to customers within maritime, oil & gas and utilities. Together with the rest of Kongsberg Gruppen, Kongsberg Digital offers solutions within autonomy, smart data, augmented reality, and other areas. The company was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Asker, Norway. It holds more than 500 software experts with a broad and leading competence within its area. Kongsberg Digital is owned by Kongsberg Gruppen (KOG at OSE).

Kongsberg Digital is the group-wide centre of digital expertise for Kongsberg Gruppen and consists of three divisions: Vessel Insight, Kognitwin, and Maritime Simulation. As of Q2’21, revenues amounted to NOK 0.8bn, with 40% being recurring, and a backlog of close to NOK 1.0bn. The company targets revenues of about NOK 3bn and 80% SaaS by 2024.
