Odfjell Drilling is an integrated drilling, engineering, and well services provider headquartered in Bergen, Norway. The company is organized in three business divisions – Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODUs), Energy and Well Services. Odfjell Drilling has been listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange since 2013.

Within its MODU division, the company owns a total of four high spec semi-submersibles that can operate in harsh environments. All these units are on contracts, with Deepsea Stavanger being the first rig to have open capacity in 2022. Odfjell Drilling also provides management services for third parties. The Well Services segment provides drill tool rental as well as casing, tubular running and well intervention services in more than 30 countries with a good foothold in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The Energy segment performs drilling and maintenance of the drilling equipment on clients fixed and floating platforms, as well as green technology for the industry.
