True to the philosophy “Safety is our nature” the swiss company Geobrugg develops and manufactures protection systems made of high-tensile steel wire against natural hazards such as falling rocks, landslides and debris flows. With an active presence on all continents, we are the global leader with production facilities on all continents and represented with branches in more than 50 countries.
Especially in opencast and underground mining as well as in tunnels worldwide, our protection systems are an important safety and efficiency factor: people, machines, infrastructure, operations and environment can be protected from rockfalls, fall of grounds or rock bursts. More than 65 years of experience and close collaboration with research institutes and universities make Geobrugg a pioneer and acknowledged solution provider in these fields.
