The company works with most hospitals and regions in the Nordics and has market-leading products in several business areas. The majority of CSAM’s customers are public healthcare providers in the Nordics, representing ~95% of sales in 2019. The Company has stable recurring revenue streams with very limited churn, and diversified cash flows across products, customers and geographies. The Company has a strong track record of successfully using M&A to grow and create value where acquired companies are fully integrated while maintaining the traits that made them attractive (e.g. software/IP, competence, customers).
