D.B.R.K. Gupta Udatha, PhD, is the Project Manager for the Horizon 2020 EU project “Personalized Medicine Innovation through Digital Enterprise Solutions: PERMIDES” at Oslo Cancer Cluster. He received his PhD degree from the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, Chalmers University of Technology – Sweden. He has led the development of multi‐national collaborations and coordinated research groups in academia & industry. Dr. Udatha has 12 years of R&D experience in the fields of bioinformatics, systems biology and big data analytics of biopharmaceutical data. He is also an entrepreneur & supporter of open access digital publishing, and serves as the Journal Manager of the Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal.

Bogi Eliasen is a knowledge broker whose expertise lies in combining various fields of expertise. He was one of the initiators of the FarGen project of the Faroe Islands in 2009, which aims at genome sequencing the entire population of the Faroe Islands In recent years Bogi has focused on the emerging new paradigm of personalized health e.g. holistic approach to genomics as well as bridging genomics with healthcare practice e.g eHealth in order to make it usable in future healthcare where all aspects of health will be affected by the 4th industrial revolution.In the first half of 2017 he led an ambitious Danish Health 2030 scenario process with 29 of the major Danish health stakeholders and is currently working on a Whitepaper concerning person centric data management for health in a Nordic context.
